What do pumpkin cake, James Bond, and tea all have in common? They are three things that I have on my mind tonight that I swear are preventing me from doing any kind of blog writing. Oh, and I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning that keeps popping into my head.
I spent the entire day finishing the second draft of my book and going to the grocery store, so there’s that. I did write today, I just didn’t write a blog post. And when I wasn’t doing those things, I was crawling on the floor with my kids, trying not to let my son, who has now given up his afternoon nap, eat all the cords in the house.
If you must know, the pumpkin cake is from Deru Market, I have been listening to James Bond theme songs all day and the one currently circling in my head is “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”, and the tea on the side of my desk is getting cold as I write this.
